Patients always ask which night splint or wrist brace or balance board to buy. Here are some of our recommendations.

  • Tools for Stretching

Sometimes you need a little help to get the most out of stretch. Check out these straps, slantboards and other assistive tools to help you lengthen your muscles and improve mobility.

  • Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Resistive Bands and Tubing — all you need to build a stronger body and rehabilitate injuries.

  • Foam rollers, balls, massage sticks, and other items to help loosen up tight and restricted soft tissue.

  • Everything you need to tape up and/or support injuries: athletic tape, Kinesio/KT/Rock tape, braces, McConnell taping Supplies.

  • You need a good surface to workout on at home. Too hard and you will be uncomfortable, too soft and you might be unstable. Check out these exercise mats to improve your comfort and protect those polished wood floors from equipment or weights.

  • Bad news, balance decreases with age. Good news, balance can be improved with practice. Check out these tools to work on your balance. They vary from beginner to expert, so please be sure to choose the right one for you or ask your PT for guidance.

  • Some things don’t fit in any other category...so here they are.
